Porsche joined the space on October 22, 2022, and people are hype. Their Twitter and website don’t have a lot of information, but they seem to not only get what Web3 is about, but they also aim to innovate. In a space dominated by copy-pasta projects and major brands and celebrities rugging their communities, this has a different vibe, and we like it (note this is absolutely not financial advice).
Their tagline offers a hint into what their plan is with “merging physical and digital” and being a project focused on “co-creation and community” (emphasis ours). Our sources say that Porsche has engaged expert marketer, Diego Borgo, who builds campaigns around Tease, Educate, Launch, and Sustain. So we expect to see some innovative onboarding of their Web2 audience. While we always remain skeptical of unproven projects and founders, our interest is piqued.
