RTFKT X Nike Launch the First-of-Its-Kind Smart Sneaker

RTFKT X Nike are pioneering Web3 yet again with their first-of-its-kind smart sneaker, which features auto-lacing, enhanced lighting, gesture control, walk detection, wireless charging with the RTFKT Powerdeck, and much more. The Cryptokicks iRL, as they are called, will also feature a customizable light feature, which enables the shoes’ owner to select the color of their choice via the RTFKT Cryptokicks iRL app. The private mint will be held on December 12th, with the public mint following up on December 14th. Prices range from 0.44 Eth for the “BLACKOUT” model and up to 1.02 Eth for the “SPACE MATTER” model. Controversy has already caused problems in the RTFKT community, though, as the shoes are only available to US customers. Non-US buyers are pretty mad, and RTFKT management is in full damage control mode. We still think these shoes slap, though.
