This new integration was created upon request from game developers, which will now enable them to use the Unreal engine game development with blockchain functionality. The plugin makes it easy to develop games that enable players to keep track of and swap or sell their earned NFTs and tokens. Game7 is also releasing the HyperPlay game that will go hand-in-hand with Web3. Unlike most web2 industries, gaming is starting to come around to blockchain-integrated gaming, and Unreal is leading the way.
